Oriental Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Pound, stems removed, washed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
  Bean sprouts 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Sliced water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , sliced (For Garnish)
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, grated
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Combine all ingredients for dressing in a jar and shake well.
Pour Dressing over and toss lightly.
Garnish with egg slices.
Makes 6 servings.
