Surf And Sea Kebabs
|Large uncooked shrimp||12 , peeled, deveined, tails removed|
|Halibut||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Red pepper||1 , cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Purple onion||1 1⁄2 , cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Low fat margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon, coarsely ground|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
1 Onto the skewers alternatively thread the shrimp along with red pepper and onion.
2 In a small bowl, add margerine , pepper and seasoned salt. Mix well.
3 Coat the grill with a cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
4 Horzontally, arrange the skewers on the grill and brush with sesaoned butter.
5 Grill for about 4 - 7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the fish flakes easily.
6 Serve hot alongwith any melted sauce (optional)
