Ingredients
  Large uncooked shrimp 12 , peeled, deveined, tails removed
  Halibut 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Red pepper 1 , cut into 1-inch pieces
  Purple onion 1 1⁄2 , cut into 1-inch pieces
  Low fat margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon, coarsely ground
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Onto the skewers alternatively thread the shrimp along with red pepper and onion.
2 In a small bowl, add margerine , pepper and seasoned salt. Mix well.
3 Coat the grill with a cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
4 Horzontally, arrange the skewers on the grill and brush with sesaoned butter.
5 Grill for about 4 - 7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the fish flakes easily.

SERVING
6 Serve hot alongwith any melted sauce (optional)
