|Salad oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||15 1⁄2 Ounce|
Remove bones from chicken; cut chicken in 1-inch squares.
Combine soy sauce, salad oil, sugar, sherry, monosodium glutamate and garlic; add chicken.
Mar- inate for about 1 hour.
Drain; reserve marinade.
Alternate chicken, green peppers, mushrooms and pineapple on miniature skewers; brush with reserved mar- inade.
Broil about 4 inches from heat for 20 to 25 minutes, brushing with marinade and turning frequently.
