Chicken Kabobs

Chicken is wonderful as a side dish, appetizer or the main dish itself. I love this chicken kabobs for the fine dining experience that it offers. This brings the flavors and tastes of my favorite restaurant to my very kitchen
Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 12
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Green peppers 3
  Mushrooms 6 Ounce
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

Remove bones from chicken; cut chicken in 1-inch squares.
Combine soy sauce, salad oil, sugar, sherry, monosodium glutamate and garlic; add chicken.
Mar- inate for about 1 hour.
Drain; reserve marinade.
Alternate chicken, green peppers, mushrooms and pineapple on miniature skewers; brush with reserved mar- inade.
Broil about 4 inches from heat for 20 to 25 minutes, brushing with marinade and turning frequently.
