Hot and Spicy Asian Marinade

Ingredients
  Chili oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dark brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a small bowl.
2. Put in all the ingredients.
3. Mix well.

SERVING
4.Excess marinade can be packed in airtight containers and stored in the refrigerator for upto 1 week.
