Latin Style Spice Rub

Ingredients
  Cumin 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coriander seeds 2 Tablespoon, crushed
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 2 Tablespoon, freshly cracked
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
2) Grind them together with the help of a coffee grinder, mortar & pestle or a spice mill.
3) Cover the container and store in a cool and dark space for 6 weeks approximately.

SERVING
4) Use as required.
