Asian Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
  Lean ground chicken 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Green onions 2 , finely chopped
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1
  Sesame seed hamburger buns 4
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 In a large bowl, add the chicken, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg white.
3 Mix throughly and shape into 4 patties.
4 Place in the refrigeartor for atleast 4 hours.

MAKING
5 Place the patties on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes or until done as per your preferance.

SERVING
6 Arrange the patties on the sesame seed buns and serve with condiments like peanut butter, hoisin sauce etc.
