Crab Foo Yung
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned crab||7 Ounce|
1)In a bowl, mix hot sauce and eggs and beat lightly with fork.
2)Add bean sprouts, crab meat and scallions.
3)Take a skillet and heat 2 teaspoons oil.
4)Add 1/4 of the egg mixture and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
5)Repeat until 4 cakes are cooked.
6)Take a serving platter and place the cakes and serve.
