Crab Foo Yung recipe is very precious to me because it was passed on to me by my mom. This dish is much like egg omelet made with Chinese ingredients and flavorings. It is a great side dish Crab Foo Yung is a healthy treat.
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1)In a bowl, mix hot sauce and eggs and beat lightly with fork.
2)Add bean sprouts, crab meat and scallions.
3)Take a skillet and heat 2 teaspoons oil.
4)Add 1/4 of the egg mixture and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
5)Repeat until 4 cakes are cooked.
6)Take a serving platter and place the cakes and serve.
