Classic Middle Eastern Hummus

Ingredients
  Canned garbanzo beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil/Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor or blender add all ingredients. Puree the mixture.
2) Add water if required.
3) Chill for one hour before serving.

SERVING
4) Serve with triangles of pita bread.
