Persian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumbers 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), finely chopped
  Scallion 1 , finely chopped
  Mint 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Basil 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large serving bowl, mix together yogurt, cucumbers, scallion, mint, basil, raisins and walnuts.

SERVING
2) Serve the Persian Cucumber Salad chilled.
