Ingredients
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless round steak/Roast 1 Pound, trimmed of fat and cut in thin strips
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Green peppers 2 Large, sliced into strips
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diagonally sliced
  Beef consomme 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a nonstick skillet melt diet margarine over low heat.
2) Brown strips of beef on both sides.
3) Pour out drippings accumulated in the pan.
4) Add onion, garlic, green peppers, and celery.
5) Stir in consomme and season with salt and pepper.
6) Cook covered over simmering heat for 20 minutes. Do not boil it.
7) Add pimiento.
8) Mix cornstarch, water, and soy sauce. Add the mixture to the skillet.
9) Cover and simmer for additional 5 minutes.

SERVING
10) Serve hot.
