Brandied Peach Sherbet

Ingredients
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Peach brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Gelatin envelope 1
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Peaches 16 Ounce, drained
  Canned unsweetened juice packed peaches 16 Ounce, drained (Reserving Juice)
  Salt/Butter flavored salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1.Take the container of blender, stir in brandy and add gelatin to it.
2.Leave for 1 minute so that gelatin gets soft.
3.Take the peach juice; add water to it enough to make it 1 1/2 cups.
4.Allow the juice to boil.
5.Once done, put it in the container of blender and blend until gelatine dilutes.
6.Put peaches and salt and blend further.
7.Take a metal dish, put the blended mixture in it and freezeuntil slushy.
8.Transfer to a bowl and blend until light.
9.Freeze again.

SERVING
10.Fluff for a while and serve.
