Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
  Leg lamb 20 , trimmed
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Whole Or Cut Up)
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Cherry tomatoes/2 ripe tomatoes cut into eighths 16
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the lamb in cubes, or get the butcher to do it.
2. In a bowl, place the cubes.
3. Add the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, peanut or vegetable oil, turmeric, coriander, cumin, cayenne, salt, freshly ground black pepper and grated onion.
4. Mix everything together and let the lamb marinate for about 1 hour.
5. In a small bowl , take a tablespoon of the marinade and toss with the tomatoes.
6. Next, pre-heat the broiler.

MAKING
7. Take four skewers and arrange the meat cubes and tomatoes alternately on them.
8. In the broiler, place the skewers about 4 or 5 inches from the flame.
9. Cook the kebabs, turning to cook meat evenly, for about 10 minutes.

SERVING
10. Serve hot.
