Oriental Turkey Chili
|Yellow onions||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Red bell pepper||1 Small, diced|
|Turkey||1 Pound, ground, browned|
|Ginger root||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), dry|
|Hoisin sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Corn oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned)|
|Canned dark red kidney beans||16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on low for 6 hours.
2. To serve top with chow mein noodles or spread over cooked white rice.
