Oriental Turkey Chili

Ingredients
  Yellow onions 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Red bell pepper 1 Small, diced
  Turkey 1 Pound, ground, browned
  Ginger root 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), dry
  Hoisin sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Whole tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned)
  Canned dark red kidney beans 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on low for 6 hours.

SERVING
2. To serve top with chow mein noodles or spread over cooked white rice.
