|Round steak||3 Pound (1 Inch Thick, Cut In Cubes)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled, minced|
|Onions||6 Small, peeled, sliced|
|Green peppers||6 Medium, seeded, cut in 1-inch squares|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sliced mushrooms||6 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cold water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients together except the cooked rice and stir well to mix.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
3) Serve immediately over a bed of cooked rice on individual serving plates.
