Oriental Steak

Ingredients
  Round steak 3 Pound (1 Inch Thick, Cut In Cubes)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled, minced
  Onions 6 Small, peeled, sliced
  Green peppers 6 Medium, seeded, cut in 1-inch squares
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients together except the cooked rice and stir well to mix.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve immediately over a bed of cooked rice on individual serving plates.
