Oriental Chicken Pitas

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken breast 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Snow peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon, toasted
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Low-sodium soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat pita breads 4 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the snow peas, chicken, peppers and sesame seeds in a medium bowl.
2) Whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, ginger, soy sauce and oil in a small bowl and pour the mixture all over the salad. Mix well.
3) Spoon the prepared salad into the pita pockets. Use the sprouts to top each sandwich half.

SERVING
4) Serve as preferred.
