|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, unsweetened orange juice, garlic, ginger and pepper together.
2) Use the marinade to marinate about 2 pounds of any lean meat.
Puncture the meat with a fork or knife before marinating.
Marinate the meat in a plastic or bowl or a plastic bag set in a bowl.
