Shish Kabob With Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), split in half
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Italian seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sirloin/Top round steak 2 Pound (Boneless)
  Small fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Tomato/Cherry tomatoes 12 , cut into wedges (1 Dozen)
  Green pepper 1 , seeded and cut in 1-inch squares
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, mix the salt, vinegar, oil, onion, garlic, soy sauce, 1/2 cup water and Italian seasoning together.
2) Cube, add the steak into the marinade and allow to stand at room temperature for 5 to 6 hours.
3) Thread the cubes and vegetables alternately on the wooden skewers.
4) On a serving plate, place 2 or 3 skewers and cook in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes or as desired.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately.
