Ingredients
  Large prawns 800 Gram (Use Medium-Large Sized)
  Prawns 800 Gram (Medium Large Size)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Red chili 50 Gram
  Shallots 250 Gram
  Lemon grass stalks 2
  Candle nuts 10 Gram
  Shrimp paste 10 Gram
  Tamarind 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 30 Gram
  Tomatoes 8 , quartered
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Skin and de-vein prawns.

MAKING
2) In a bowl put prawns and season with sugar and salt.
3) Using electric red chilli, shallots, lemon grass, candle nut and shrimps paste to a smooth paste.
4) Make 1-cup tamarind juice and strain it.
5) In a skillet heat oil and fry blended ingredients.
6) Put prawns and fry for 5 minutes.
7) Add tomatoes and tamarind juice.
8) Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes until prawns are cooked and the sauce is thick.
9) Add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
10) Serve hot.
