• KEEMA DEVIL INGREDIENTS : KEEMA------ 500 GMS BREAD (DIPPED IN MILK ) ----- 2 SLICES ONION -------- 1 PC EGG ----------- 2 PCS ANCHOVY ESSENCE -------------- 1 TABLESPOON SALT & PEPPER ------------- TO TASTE REFINED OIL --------------- TO FRY FOR SAUCE : BUTTER – 30 GMS , FLOUR – 15 GMS , WATER / STOCK – 300 ML, MUSTARD POWDER- - 1 TEASPOON, SALT & PEPPER—TO TASTE METHOD: FIRST OF ALL PREPARE SAUCE -- MELT BUTTER IN SLOW FIRE ADD FLOUR & STIR WELL WHILE ADDING STOCK ,MUSTARD POWDER, SALT, PEPPER. COOK IN SLOW FIRE FOR 10 MINUTES .SET ASIDE. MIX KEEMA , SOAKED BREAD,CHOPPED ONIONS, ANCHOVY ESSENCE, SALT , PEPPER, EGG TOGETHER IN A SEPARATE BOWL. MAKE SMALL BALLS FROM KEEMA MIXTURE . HEAT OIL & FRY KEEMA BALLS. POUR SAUCE OVER KEEMA DEVIL & SERVE HOT.

METHOD:

FIRST OF ALL PREPARE SAUCE -- MELT BUTTER IN SLOW FIRE ADD FLOUR & STIR WELL WHILE ADDING STOCK ,MUSTARD POWDER, SALT, PEPPER. COOK IN SLOW FIRE FOR 10 MINUTES .SET ASIDE.
