Pakistani Meatballs

Ingredients
For meat mixture:
  Minced beef 2 Pound
  White bread slices 4 , soaked in milk
  Eggs 2
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Finely chopped garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Pinch each of thyme, oregano, curry or turmeric for colour.
Mix all ingredients together and form into little meatballs (walnut size).
