Iraqi Beef Stuffed Zucchini

  Beef 1 Kilogram
  Onion 1 Small
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Arabic spice 2 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 4 Large
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1.Saute the beef filling with onions and garlic and by adding the spices to it.
2.Cut the two ends of the Zucchini's and peel them.
3.Cut it into half and core them.
4.Once it has been cored, you can fill the insides of any vegetable you choose to stuff with the beef filling.
5.After stuffing it , place it in a sauce pan and pour tomatao sauce and water over it and bring it to boil and let it simmer for 20 mins.

6.Once the Zucchinis look cooked from the outside they are ready to be served.
