Mustardy Ham Kebabs

Ingredients
  Gammon joint 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes (1 Small Sized, About 675 Gram)
  Corn cobs 2 , cooked, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Mushrooms 10 Ounce (300 Gram)
For marinade
  Mustard powder 1 Tablespoon (Colman'S Brand)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In oiled skewers, thread the cubed gammon, corn pieces, and mushrooms.
2) In a shallow dish arrange the skewers.
3) Combine the marinade ingredients, mix well, and pour over the kebabs.
4) Grill until kebabs are tender.

SERVING
5) Serve warm with chutney.
