White Bean And Artichoke Hummus Dip

Ingredients
  Cannellini beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curly italian parsley 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Lemon 1⁄2 Medium, juiced
  Artichoke 4 Small, canned, halves
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, put all the ingredients, reserving a tablespoon of olive oil.
2. Process the bean mixture, until it turns into fine paste.

SERVING
3. In a serving bowl, transfer the hummus and drizzle with reserve olive oil.
