Colourful Veggie Kebabs

Ingredients
  Green bell pepper 1
  Yellow bell pepper 1
  Red bell pepper 1
  Red onions 2
  Zucchini 2 Small, cut into 1 inch dice
  Button mushrooms 80 Gram
  Firm tofu 450 Gram, cut in 1 inch dice
  Barbecue sauce 375 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice peppers and onions in wedges.

MAKING
2) Thread zucchini, peppers, onions, mushrooms and tofu on to skewers with the vegetables alternating with tofu.
3) In a shallow baking dish, place the kebabs and pour over barbecue sauce keeping aside to marinate for 3 hours.

FINALIZING
4) Over a hot grill, brown the kebabs lightly, basting with the marinade.

SERVING
5) Serve with a rice pilaf after basting one more time with the marinade.
