Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
  Whole chicken breasts 4 Large, split, skinned and boned
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 Small, peeled and quartered
  Paprika To Taste
  Canned peach halves 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Lemon 1 , cut into sixths (For Garnish)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. Flatten the chicken breasts a little with bare hands and cut each of it crosswise three times
2. In a small bowl, mix the spices, lemon juice, salt, oil and water, add cicken to it and mix well to coat; cover and refrigerate for an hour
3. On each of the skewers, thread two chicken pieces alternately with one slice of onion, sprinkle paprika lightly
4. Cook it over hot coals, turning once or twice till chicken is done
5. Heat the peaches over the coals as well for a couple of minutes

SERVING
6. Serve chicken and peaches with lemon and parsley
