Soy Sauce Flavored Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Beef tenderloin steak 2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered sage 1 Dash
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound
  Sliced onion 1
  Sliced green pepper 2
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice beef into 1/3 inch-wide pieces.
Butter the preheated dish.
Put in half of the beef and fry until it becomes dark brown.
Flavor with salt, chili powder and sage and remove.
Fry the rest of the beef in the same way.
Put onion, green pepper and garlic in a casserole and pour the liquid remaining in the dish into the casserole.
Cook 2 minutes.
Mix together tomato puree, soy sauce and vinegar in the baking dish.
Cook 1 minute.
Stir and cook another 1 minute.
Put fried beef in the casserole, add tomato puree mix and stir gently.
Cook, covered, 16 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.
