|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
Put the garlic through press and add vinegar and seasonings.
Grate cucumber, leaving the skins on for preference.
Mix all together well, and chill.
This can be prepared in the blender.
Serve in place of soup.
Tomato juice can be added as a variation.
