Asian Turkey Noodle Salad
|Sesame oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Reduced sodium soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oriental noodle soup mix||3 Ounce (1 Package, Chicken Flavor Instant Mix, Prepared According To Package Directions)|
|Oven roasted turkey breast||3⁄4 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch cubes (Fully Cooked)|
|Water chestnuts||4 Ounce, drained and sliced|
|Fresh snow peas||2 Ounce, blanched|
|Fresh mushrooms||2 Large, sliced|
|Diagonally cut carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
1) Take a small bowl; mix together sesame oil, soy sauce and prepared soup mix in it and keep refrigerated, covered.
2) Take a large bowl and mix turkey, water chestnuts, snow peas, mushrooms, carrots and green onions in it.
3) Mix noodle mixture with turkey mixture and refrigerate, covered for 2 hours.
4) Serve chilled.
