Asian Turkey Noodle Salad

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oriental noodle soup mix 3 Ounce (1 Package, Chicken Flavor Instant Mix, Prepared According To Package Directions)
  Oven roasted turkey breast 3⁄4 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch cubes (Fully Cooked)
  Water chestnuts 4 Ounce, drained and sliced
  Fresh snow peas 2 Ounce, blanched
  Fresh mushrooms 2 Large, sliced
  Diagonally cut carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a small bowl; mix together sesame oil, soy sauce and prepared soup mix in it and keep refrigerated, covered.
2) Take a large bowl and mix turkey, water chestnuts, snow peas, mushrooms, carrots and green onions in it.
3) Mix noodle mixture with turkey mixture and refrigerate, covered for 2 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled.
