Seafood Soup With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Boiled hakka noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ching'S Secret)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Chili vinegar 1 Teaspoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Sliced fish 12
  Diced prawns 12
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched
  Diced cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water/Chicken stock/ fish stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Boil the fish and prawn pieces and keep aside. Pour 4 cups of water/chicken stock/fish stock in a pan, add the vegetables, sauces, fish and prawn pieces, mix and let it boil. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper and add sesame oil. Place the boiled noodles in the serving bowl, pour the prepared soup and serve hot.
