Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Cooked ham/Shrimp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Eggs 2
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy sauce/1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Finely chop the onion and green pepper. Also chop the ham or shrimp.

MAKING
2) In a skillet, add 1 tbsp. oil and sauté the onion until golden.
3) Transfer from pan and add green pepper.
4) Add little oil and sauté the green pepper until tender.
5) Remove from pan and add chopped cooked ham or shrimp to sauté.
6) Remove from pan.
7) In a bowl, mix eggs and milk.
8) Scramble the egg mixture on the skillet.
9) Fold in sautéed ham, onions, green pepper and rice.
10) Mix all together and keep it warm.
11) Season with soy sauce or paprika.

SERVING
12) Serve warm by garnishing with fresh herbs, if you want.
