Soy-bean Cakes

Ingredients
  Soy bean cake 2 (1/4 Cup Canned Bean Cake Or 2 Bean-Curd Cakes)
  Ground beef round 1⁄2 Pound
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Minced gingerroot 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground toasted sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon (Depending On Taste)
  Sesame seed oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain the soy-bean cakes by weighing them for 30 minutes in several wrappings of cheesecloth.
2) Mix in ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger-root, sesame seed, soy sauce, pepper, and 1 tablespoon sesame-seed oil and figure into small cakes.
3) Sauté on both sides in remaining sesame-seed oil.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
