1. Preheat the grill
2. Cut bacon into 1 1/2-inch squares.
3. Thread skewers with sirloin, bacon and mushroom caps; repeat until skewers are full. Marinate in dressing for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature, turning frequently. Cook over charcoal grill to desired doneness.
4. Serve hot
