Ingredients
  Bicarbonate of soda 2
  Nutmeg 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sweet potatoes 2 Pound
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tapioca flour 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grate raw sweet potatoes and knead all ingredients together.
Place in a greased mould to three-quarters full and steam for 45 mins.
Slice and serve as tart or cake.
