Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 Pound
  Dry chilies 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apricot jam 1 Small
  Vinegar 12 Ounce
  Dates 12
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Simmer apricots in just enough water, till soft and mash.
Mince onion, garlic and dates and add with other ingredients to apricots.
Boil slowly for about 1 hour.
Bottle warm.
