|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White bread slices||6 , crumbled (Trimmed)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Combine butter, sugar,, and honey, and cook gently until thick.
Add bread crumbs and stir well.
Pour onto greased plate and cut into diamond shapes when cold.
Serve with whipped cream.
