Is the hot summer days oozing you out of the energy, try out this refreshigly fresh plum sherbet. Indulge in the goodness of plum with a dash of orange flavor!
Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sliced ripe plums 3 Cup (48 tbs) (skins removed)
  Frozen concentrated orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Cover tightly and turn on highest speed.
Run until mixture is smooth and blended.
Pour into freezer tray and freeze as quickly as possible.
