|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sliced ripe plums||3 Cup (48 tbs) (skins removed)|
|Frozen concentrated orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Cover tightly and turn on highest speed.
Run until mixture is smooth and blended.
Pour into freezer tray and freeze as quickly as possible.
