Oriental Pork with Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Boned lean pork 1 Pound
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , sliced
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Ground ginger 1 Pinch
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut pork into thin strips.
Brown in margarine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add onion, celery, mushrooms, ginger, and nutmeg.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
Add sherry and soy sauce.
Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve on hot cooked rice.
