Korean Style Dressing
|Sesame seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rice wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced sodium soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dark sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Red pepper flakes||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a small nonstick skillet, over medium heat, sauté sesame seeds for about 5 minutes till lightly browned and toasted and set aside to cool well.
2) Using a mortar, crush sesame seeds and grind with wooden spoon.
3) To a small bowl, transfer the ground sesame seeds and blend in orange juice, rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, garlic and red pepper flakes.
4) Use as required.
