Pork Satay

Ingredients
  Boneless lean pork 900 Gram, coarse diced
  Peanut oil 60 Milliliter
  Ground brazil nuts 20 Milliliter
  Ground ginger 3 Milliliter
  Ground coriander 8 Milliliter
  Cayenne 1 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 1 Milliliter
  Pepper 3 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Molasses 10 Milliliter
  Lime juice 20 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 20 Milliliter
  Hot water 45 Milliliter
Directions

Skewer the meat with bamboo skewers, place in a large shallow pan.
In a mixing bowl blend the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the skewered pork marinade, covered in the refrigerator 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
Grill the skewers over high heat for 10-12 minutes, or until meat is cooked through, brushing frequently with marinade.
Serve with Bombay Rice.
