Shish Kabob

Ingredients
  Lamb leg 7 Pound, boned (1 Leg, 5 To 7 Pound)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped onion 3 Medium
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Black pepper 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cube lamb and marinate in mixture for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Skewer and grill.
Serve with rice cooked in chicken bouillon liquid.
