Indonesian Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Prawn cubes 3 , crumbled (Maggi)
  Coconut milk powder 2 Tablespoon (Maggi)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 3 , crushed
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled and shredded
  Capsicum 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bean sprout 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Tamarind pulp 1 Tablespoon
  Boiled rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a large karahi, heat the oil.
2)Add in onions and garlic. Sauté till golden brown.
3)Put in the ginger, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, boiled chicken, shredded vegetables, peas and beansprouts.
4)Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
5)Pour in the soya sauce and add tamarind pulp, crumbled Maggi Prawn Cubes and Maggi Coconut Milk Powder along with it. Stir well.
6)Add in the rice and stir well.
7)Add more salt if needed

SERVING
8)Serve hot.
