Asian Slaw

Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced to make 9 cups (1 Small Size)
  Kosher salt/Sea salt 2 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Bunch (100 gm), finely chopped
  Chopped red bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Champagne vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Toss cabbage with salt and let stand until wilted, about 30 minutes.
Rinse cabbage and squeeze dry.
Put in a medium bowl and toss with chives, red bell pepper, cilantro, basil, and vinegar.
