|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces about 2 inches wide.
Mix together the celery salt, garlic salt and allspice and rub over the chicken pieces.
Push these slices on to skewers; place in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the oil.
Bake the kebabs in a hot oven (425° F) or under the broiler for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the orange, cut into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and mustard.
Stir in the orange slices.
Serve with the kebabs.
