Orange Sherbet Gelatin Salad

Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange sherbet 1 Pint
  Mandarin oranges 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add sherbert, and mix well.
When partially set, add mandarin oranges and fold in whipped cream.
Pour into square pan or individual molds.
