Ingredients
  Cracked wheat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumbers 3 , peeled
  Green onions and tops 8 Bunch (800 gm)
  Chopped fresh tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Lemons 2 (Use Juice And Pulp)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Let wheat soak in water four hours.
After washing well, drain wheat through tea towel, as dry as possible.
Combine all ingredients.
Let stand, covered, in refrigerator for at least a day so flavors can blend.
