California Tuna And Shark Kebabs

Ingredients
  Tuna cubes 454 Gram (Large Sized)
  Large cubed shark 454 Gram
  Apricot nectar 125 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
  Lime juice 15 Milliliter
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 15 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Chopped cilantro 15 Milliliter
  Green bell peppers 2 , cubed
  Yellow bell pepper 1 , cubed
  Mushrooms 12
  Cherry tomatoes 12
  Spanish onion 1 , cubed
  Zucchini 1 , thick sliced
Directions

Cut the fish into 3/4" (2 cm) cubes.
Place the cubes in a mixing bowl.
Blend the apricot, lemon, lime, oil, Worcestershire, salt, thyme and cilantro, pour this marinade over the fish and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
On bamboo skewers alternate fish, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and zucchini.
Grill these over medium heat on a broiler for 8-10 minutes, brushing with marinade.
Serve.
