Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 454 Gram
  Seasoned bread crumbs 60 Milliliter
  Egg 1
  Peanut oil 60 Milliliter
  Ground brazil nuts 20 Milliliter
  Ground ginger 3 Milliliter
  Ground coriander 3 Milliliter
  Molasses 10 Milliliter
  Black pepper 3 Milliliter
  Paprika 3 Milliliter
  Cayenne pepper 3 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Oregano leaves 3 Milliliter
  Red pepper flakes 3 Milliliter
  Lime juice 20 Milliliter
  Hot water 45 Milliliter
Directions

In a mixing bowl, blend the beef with the bread crumbs and egg.
Shape into small balls and skewer with bamboo skewers.
Place on a baking sheet.
Blend the remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Pour over the meat balls.
Refrigerate for 3 1/2 hours.
Grill the skewers over medium high heat for 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Serve at once.
