|Boneless steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shallot/Green onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
In refrigerator marinate meat in remaining ingredients, except salt, for 1 to 2 days, turning occasionally.
Thread on large skewers, and broil over hot charcoal for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Season with salt.
