Steak Kabobs

Ingredients
  Boneless steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shallot/Green onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In refrigerator marinate meat in remaining ingredients, except salt, for 1 to 2 days, turning occasionally.
Thread on large skewers, and broil over hot charcoal for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Season with salt.
Makes 3 or 4 servings.
