Oriental Style Chicken Rice

Ingredients
  Mushroom stems and pieces 2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Uncooked instant rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped water chestnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon (With Tops)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Add enough hot water to reserved mushroom liquid to measure 1/3 cup [2/3 cup].
Pour into 15-oz casserole [1-qt casserole]; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (550 watts) 1 min [2 min]; stir.
Cover and microwave until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 2 to 3 min [2 to 4 min].
