|Uncooked instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped water chestnuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon (With Tops)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Add enough hot water to reserved mushroom liquid to measure 1/3 cup [2/3 cup].
Pour into 15-oz casserole [1-qt casserole]; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (550 watts) 1 min [2 min]; stir.
Cover and microwave until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 2 to 3 min [2 to 4 min].
