Vegetable Tofu And Noodles Soup

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄4 Liter
  Ginger garlic paste 30 Gram
  Carrot 2
  Onion 1
  Lemon grass 2
  Lemon leaves 4
  Black pepper 8
  Salt To Taste
  Sweet corn 50 Gram
  Tofu 100 Gram
  Mushroom 25 Gram
  Carrot 1
  Cabbage 200 Gram
  Noodles 50 Gram
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mint leaves 10
  Chili oil 10 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Make slices of carrots and onion. 2)Bring water to boil and add in ginger garlic paste, carrot, onion, lemon grass, lemon leaves, balck pepper and salt.
3)Continue to boil for half hour and then sieve.

MAKING
4)Cook mushrooms in boiling water and then cub cut into small pieces. 5)Slice carrot and cube the tofu. Also slit baby corn into two and cut cauliflower.
6)Mix in the vegetables, baby corn, mushroom and mint leaves into boiling stock.
7)Once vegetables are cooked, add in soya sauce, chilli oil, salt, noodles and lemon juice. Let cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

SERVING
8)Serve hot.
